The Team Leader Level 3 programme is designed for people working in first-line management roles who support teams and senior managers to achieve operational and project goals. Team Leaders play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of organisations, providing direction, guidance and support to ensure work is delivered effectively and in line with organisational procedures and legislation.
This programme is suitable for people working across private, public and third-sector organisations of all sizes. It supports those managing individuals, teams or parts of projects, and those looking to build confidence and capability in leadership, communication and operational management.

Requirements
Computer & Internet Access: A laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection.

English & Maths: If you do not already hold Level 2 English and maths, you will need to achieve this before the final assessment.
Entry Criteria: Entry requirements are set by individual employers.
