About the Course
The Supply Chain Practitioner (FMCG) Level 3 programme is designed for people working in, or looking to move into, supply chain roles within fast-moving consumer goods sectors such as food and drink, retail and consumables.
You’ll develop a broad understanding of how products move from supplier to customer, covering procurement, forecasting, manufacturing planning, customer service and logistics. This programme supports both new entrants and those looking to progress their careers, building the skills needed to work confidently in fast-paced environments where demand, volumes and priorities can change quickly.

Requirements
Computer & Internet Access: A laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection.
Workplace Role: Ideally you will be working in a supply chain, logistics, customer service, planning or procurement environment where you can apply your learning.
English & Maths: A minimum of Level 2 in English and maths is recommended. If not already achieved, this will need to be completed before the final assessment.
Entry Criteria: Entry requirements are set by individual employers.
No Specific Age Restriction: This programme is open to adults of all ages and career stages, including career changers and those new to supply chain roles.

Before the programme begins, learners take part in an online induction. This introduces the learning platform, course structure, support services and key contacts, ensuring everyone feels confident, informed and ready to begin from day one.
