Ian leads Rendstaff's strategic direction, bringing over 20 years' experience in education. He's built a training business from scratch to 175 employees and understands firsthand the transformative impact of investing in workforce development.
"I started Rendstaff to help people and organisations have wider choice in development opportunities ensuring the right person invests in the right programme at the right time."
In his spare time, Ian enjoys time with his family and friends, perfecting his golf swing, cycling, football and travelling.
